Hello Pirtle Parents and
Staff,
We want to personally thank you for all your hard
work ,we know it gets kind of crazy sometimes! But,
We truly appreciate all the help that is offered and
given!
We want to encourage you too if at all possible to try to
attend the PTA meetings that are on the 3rd Thursdays of
the month. We really need a
larger majority to have a say in what is going on with
our school! All we want is to have more people with a
voice! |

towards the Pirtle PTA playground fund

to collect those BOX TOPS!!!! Now with back
to school, Box Tops are everywhere! Collect Now!! It is money for our school.
Deadline for fall is October 6th, 2008.
Make sure to label your bag or envelope with your
teachers name. The classroom with the most
BOX TOP wins a prize.

THE
PIRTLE PTA WANTS YOU!!!
Texas PTA
believes our members and volunteers are heroes!
Heroes for education, heroes for children, everyday heroes and
extraordinary heroes. This year’s theme was inspired by a Reflections
Visual Arts entry from 8th grader Candice Gabel. This theme opens the
door to invite men into your PTA with the visual of a male “super
hero.” We are urging every PTA in Texas to join us in using this theme
to recruit members and volunteers, promote events and programs
throughout the year and recognize teachers and volunteers. It makes us
all recognizable as being part of the same organization and makes for a
more powerful message. We hope you are as inspired by the graphic and
slogan as we are!
